Outreach and Alternative Provision
In collaboration with Local Authorities, Academy Trusts, and Schools across Essex and Suffolk, our outreach teaching team provides personalised instruction both within school settings and throughout the wider community.
We deliver 1-to-1 instruction with a core focus on advancing academic growth. Every child receives daily, structured learning across core subjects including English, Mathematics, Phonics, Reading, and Topic-based studies, customised to align with their specific educational needs and learning pathway. Because each provision is tailored around the learner, we can also integrate bespoke options such as Beach School, Wildwood Education, Animal Care, Cooking, and practical Life Skills.
Furthermore, pupils of all ages can work toward earning AQA unit awards across a wide array of topics, from early reading skills and art to baking, fishing, and bicycle maintenance.
In School Pupil Support
Projection Education specializes in providing targeted support for students facing barriers to learning due to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), or behavioral challenges. Additionally, our team partners with schools to implement strategies that actively promote and improve student attendance.
In School Staff Support
We partner directly with teaching and support staff to design tailored provisions that enhance student learning outcomes. Our team works alongside educators to refine professional practice while guiding both planning and implementation strategies.
1-to-1 After School Tutoring
Highly sought-after by families and schools alike, our personalized 1-on-1 tutoring adapts to the unique learning requirements of students across both primary and secondary education levels.
Staff Training
We deliver a 6-hour CPD-certified training programme, available both online and in-school, centered on Managing Challenging Behaviour in the Classroom.
